Derzeit arbeitet er in Paris im Restaurant \u00bbLe Gabriel\u00ab 3***\u00ab unter K\u00fcchenchef und Spitzenkoch <strong>Jer\u00f4me Banctel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Schnitzel in der Weinbar<\/h2>\n<p>Bevor den Weg in die franz\u00f6sische Hauptstadt fand, lebte der \u00d6sterreicher f\u00fcr zwei Jahre in <strong>Antwerpen<\/strong> (Belgien). Zusammen mit seinem Kollegen <strong>Noris Frederik Conrad<\/strong> wollte er seinen geb\u00fchrenden Abschied aus Antwerpen mit einem <strong>\u00f6sterreichischen Pop-up in der \u00bbTitulus Winebar\u00ab<\/strong> in der belgischen Hafenstadt begehen.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=476&#038;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F375757538758606%2F&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=267&#038;t=0\" width=\"267\" height=\"591\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowFullScreen=\"true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Noris Frederik Conrad arbeitet seit April 2023 als <strong>Junior Sommelier<\/strong> im vielfach ausgezeichneten Restaurant \u00bbThe Jane\u00ab in Antwerpen. Unter anderem tr\u00e4gt das Restaurant zwei Guide-Michelin-Sterne und ist auf der Liste der \u00bb50 Best Restaurants of the World\u00ab auf Platz 39 gereiht.<\/p>\n<h2>Kreativit\u00e4t und Eigeninitiative<\/h2>\n<p>Krabath hat sich schon fr\u00fch f\u00fcr eine <strong>Karriere in der Gastronomie<\/strong> entscheiden und absolvierte in \u00d6sterreich eine <strong>Ausbildung an der \u00bbVilla Blanka\u00ab<\/strong>: \u00bbMeine Eltern sind beide im Tourismus t\u00e4tig, ich kenne die Branche also von klein auf. Jedoch war es zu 100 Prozent meine Entscheidung, diesen Weg zu gehen. Warum? Weil es f\u00fcr mich eine der wenigen Branchen ist, wo <strong>Kreativit\u00e4t und Eigeninitiative<\/strong> einen hohen Stellenwert haben. Ich selbst kann entscheiden, auf welchem Niveau ich koche, welchen K\u00fcchenstil ich w\u00e4hle und wof\u00fcr ich mich kulinarisch begeistere.
