Nachdem der 19-J\u00e4hrige bereits in den Jahren 2019 und 2020 im \u00bbKarnerhof\u00ab arbeitete und auch <strong>im Vorjahr als Souschef<\/strong> in dem Hotel t\u00e4tig war, hat er nun die <strong>Position des K\u00fcchenchefs<\/strong> inne.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/platzl-hotels-nachwuchstalente-als-kuechenchefs-auf-zeit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">K\u00fcchenchef<\/a> ist das Kochen in einem der \u00e4ltesten und renommiertesten<a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/fussball-em-taylor-swift-und-co-lassen-die-hotelpreise-kraeftig-steigen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Hotels<\/a> K\u00e4rntens eine bereichernde Erfahrung. In erster Linie vor allem deshalb, weil der Gastronom aufgrund des milden Klimas einen gro\u00dfen Vorrat an regionalen<strong> hochwertigen Zutaten<\/strong> zur\u00fcckgreifen kann.<\/p>\n<h2>Vielfalt und Qualit\u00e4t im Fokus<\/h2>\n<p>So werden die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/kulinarische-innovation-planted-stellt-veganes-steak-vor-das-rindfleisch-schon-sehr-nahe-kommt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fleisch- und Wurstwaren<\/a> beispielsweise von Frierss aus Villach und <strong>Eier und Milchprodukte von Landwirt:innen aus der n\u00e4heren Umgebung<\/strong> des <strong>\u00bb<\/strong>Karnerhofs<strong>\u00ab<\/strong> bezogen.
