Sie haben sich dazu entschieden eine spannende <strong>Kooperation mit dem Vater-Sohn-Duo Hermann und Thomas Neuburger von \u00bbHermann Bio.\u00ab<\/strong> einzugehen<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbKarma Food\u00ab serviert <strong>n\u00e4hrstoffreiche Gerichte samt ayurvedischer Note<\/strong> \u2013 die Speisen sind sowohl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/kulinarische-innovation-planted-stellt-veganes-steak-vor-das-rindfleisch-schon-sehr-nahe-kommt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vegan<\/a> als auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/rezept\/vegetarisches-beef-tartar-im-malaysian-tea-pie-mit-salzwolke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vegetarisch<\/a> und bestehen gro\u00dfteils aus regionalen und saisonalen Zutaten. Wie sie selbst betonen, legen Simone und Adi Raihmann, die K\u00f6pfe hinter \u00bbKarma Food\u00ab, gro\u00dfen Wert auf die <strong>Herkunft und Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Produkte.<\/strong> Mit dem Unternehmen \u00bbHermann.bio\u00ab haben die Gastronomen einen Partner gefunden, der \u00e4hnliche Werte teilt, vor etwa einem Jahr hat das Vater-Sohn-Duo von \u00bbHermann Bio.\u00ab mit dem Fungi Pad die erste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/einmal-mit-alles-aber-vegan-plant-based-kebab-spiess-kommt-auf-den-markt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">echte Fleischalternative<\/a> auf den Markt gebracht. Der Hauptbestandteil ist der <strong>ballaststoffreiche Kr\u00e4uterseitling,<\/strong> der direkt am Unternehmensstandort in Ober\u00f6sterreich angebaut wird. Ab dem 5. Juli 2024 bieten die beiden Unternehmen nun jeden ersten Freitag im Monat an sechs \u00bbKarma Food\u00ab-Standorten ein <strong>exklusives Fungi Pad Special an.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Leidenschaft und Innovation<\/h2>\n<p>Das bedeutet, dass ab dem 5.Juli an jedem ersten Freitag im Monat der <strong>ballaststoffreiche Kr\u00e4uterseitling<\/strong>, der direkt am <strong>Unternehmensstandort in Ober\u00f6sterreich<\/strong> angebaut wird, im Mittelpunkt stehen wird. An sechs Karma Food Standorten kreieren K\u00f6ch:innen von Karma Food exklusive <strong>vegetarische Geschmacksexplosionen<\/strong> f\u00fcr ihre G\u00e4ste.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bbWir sind immer auf der Suche nach neuen Ideen und das Fungi Pad ist f\u00fcr uns ein super innovatives neues Produkt, das einl\u00e4dt sich kulinarisch auszutoben\u00ab, sagt Adi Raihmann.
