Doch die Initiatoren konnten sich k<\/span><span class=\"s1\">onnte trotz Gegenwind mit ihrer Forderung durchsetzen. Ab <\/span><span class=\"s1\">01.01.2025 startet die Ausbildung \u00f6sterreichweit und soll den Beruf nun auch<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> all jenen Personen zug\u00e4nglich machen, die aufgrund ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Ern\u00e4hrungsweise eine Kochlehre zuvor als Ausbildungsweg ausgeschlossen haben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bbWichtiger Schritt Richtung Nachhaltigkeit\u00ab<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"s1\"> Interessenten k\u00f6nnen die Ausbildung zur \u00bb<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Fachkraft f\u00fcr vegetarische Kulinarik&#8220; auch in Form einer<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> Doppellehre mit der herk\u00f6mmlichen Kochausbildung verbinden. Die Dauer der Lehre betr\u00e4gt drei Jahre. Aktuell steht noch eine vierw\u00f6chige Begutachtungsfrist an.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00bbMit der vegetarisch-veganen Kochlehre macht die Gastronomiebranche einen wichtigen Schritt Richtung Nachhaltigkeit!\u00ab, freut sich <span class=\"s1\">Joachim Ivany, Mitglied im Ausschuss des Fachverbands Gastronomie, \u00fcber die Verordnung.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1\">Felix Hnat, Obmann der Veganen Gesellschaft begr\u00fc\u00dft das neue Lehrangebot und erwartet sich attraktive Lehrinhalte, die dem Anspruch moderner pflanzenbasierter K\u00fcche gerecht werden: \u00bbDie Expert:innengruppe, die bisher von der WK\u00d6 zur Erarbeitung des Lehrbildes eingesetzt wurde, ist hochkar\u00e4tig. Die Detailinhalte bis zum Start im J\u00e4nner sind aber noch nicht in Stein gemei\u00dfelt. Jetzt gilt es, weiterhin gut zusammenzuarbeiten.
