Unter der Leitung von <strong>JRE-Pr\u00e4sident Richard Rauch<\/strong> und <strong>Daniela Gruber<\/strong>, Koordinatorin f\u00fcr Vereins- und Eventmanagement, wurde das Event zu einem unvergesslichen kulinarischen Erlebnis.<\/p>\n<h2>Kulinarische Vielfalt in 43 G\u00e4ngen<\/h2>\n<p>Im Rahmen eines <strong>Flying-Dinners<\/strong> pr\u00e4sentierten alle <strong>43 JRE-K\u00f6ch:innen<\/strong> ihre kreativen Meisterwerke an 13 K\u00fcchenstationen. Die G\u00e4ste konnten sich ihre <strong>individuellen Men\u00fcfolgen<\/strong> aus den exquisiten Kreationen zusammenstellen. Begleitet wurden die Gerichte von <strong>erlesenen Weinen renommierter Winzer:innen<\/strong> wie dem Weingut Br\u00fcndlmayer aus Langenlois und dem Weingut Ott vom Wagram. Neben dem aktuellen Pr\u00e4sidenten Richard Rauch und Ehrenpr\u00e4sident <strong>Andreas D\u00f6llerer<\/strong> nahmen auch die Gr\u00fcndungsmitglieder<strong> Josef Floh<\/strong>, <strong>Christa<\/strong> und <strong>Ulli Hollerer-Reichl<\/strong> sowie Europa-Pr\u00e4sident <strong>Daniel Canzian<\/strong> an den Feierlichkeiten teil. Seit 2013 mit den \u00f6sterreichischen JRE verbunden, zeigte Lehmann die kulinarische Vielfalt und starke Identit\u00e4t der Familienbetriebe.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Bedeutung der JRE f\u00fcr die Gastrobranche<\/h2>\n<p>Seit seiner <strong>Gr\u00fcndung in Paris im Jahr 1974<\/strong> steht der Verband \u00bbJeunes Restaurateurs\u00ab (JRE) f\u00fcr eine unerm\u00fcdliche Leidenschaft in der Gastronomie. Heute umfasst der Verband etwa <strong>400 kreative Restaurateure aus 16 L\u00e4ndern<\/strong>. Der Eintritt in diesen exklusiven, aber freundschaftlichen Kreis erfordert nicht nur ein H\u00f6chstalter von 40 Jahren bei der Aufnahme, sondern auch den Nachweis ausgezeichneter K\u00fcche und Restaurantqualit\u00e4t durch verschiedene Bewertungsguides.<\/p>\n<h2>Ein Blick in die Zukunft<\/h2>\n<p>Unter der F\u00fchrung von Pr\u00e4sident Richard Rauch und <strong>Vizepr\u00e4sident Vitus Winkler<\/strong> setzt JRE-Austria wichtige Trends f\u00fcr die Zukunft. Der \u00bbYoung Spirit\u00ab in JRE steht f\u00fcr Innovation, Nachhaltigkeit, Digitalisierung und Gleichberechtigung. Das Ziel ist klar: JRE-Austria soll die erste Adresse f\u00fcr positive Nachrichten aus der \u00f6sterreichischen Gastronomie bleiben.<\/p>\n<h2>Eine Erfolgsgeschichte<\/h2>\n<p>Im Jahr 2004 wurde die \u00f6sterreichische Landesorganisation der JRE im kleinen Kreis gegr\u00fcndet, darunter Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten wie Josef Floh und die \u00bbGasthof Blumentritt\u00ab-Schwestern Christa und Ulli Hollerer. Der spektakul\u00e4re Europakongress in Salzburg im Jahr 2013 markierte den Startschuss f\u00fcr eine dynamische Entwicklung. Heute geh\u00f6ren 43 Betriebe zu JRE-Austria, die zusammen beeindruckende 158 Hauben, 132 \u00c0-la-Carte-Sterne und <strong>145 Falstaff-Gabeln<\/strong> vorweisen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<div
