Unter der Leitung von<strong> Executive Chef Martin Klein und Patron Eckart Witzigmann<\/strong> werden im Monatsrhythmus die kreativsten und<strong> erfolgreichsten Spitzenk\u00f6che der Welt<\/strong> nach Salzburg eingeladen. Umgeben von der <strong>besonderen Glasarchitektur des \u00bbHangar-7\u00ab<\/strong> und den historischen Flugzeugen der \u00bbFlying Bulls\u00ab entsteht so ein einzigartiges Genusserlebnis.<\/p>\n<p>Ab Ende J\u00e4nner 2025 ist der <strong>aktuelle Standort des \u00bbIkarus\u00ab<\/strong> jedoch Geschichte \u2013 zumindest f\u00fcr eine Weile. Der <strong>\u00bbHangar-7\u00ab wird n\u00e4mlich umgebaut<\/strong>. Wie die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.krone.at\/3560707\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Krone<\/em> berichtet<\/a>, bedeutet dies f\u00fcr das <strong>Zwei-Sterne-Restaurant<\/strong>, dass es w\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit <strong>umziehen<\/strong> muss. Und wie es sich f\u00fcr einen Gourmetempel mit dem Namen \u00bbIkarus\u00ab geh\u00f6rt, geht es hoch hinauf: <strong>auf die \u00bbWolfschwang Alm\u00ab am Untersberg<\/strong>. Die G\u00e4ste sollen mittels eines Shuttle-Services auf die Alm gebracht werden. Die \u00bbWolfschwang Alm\u00ab war bis vor etwas mehr als zwei Jahren als Gastronomiebetrieb gef\u00fchrt worden. Nachdem es Anfang Juni 2022 zu einer Zwangsr\u00e4umung gekommen war, da der ehemalige P\u00e4chter weder seinen finanziellen noch seinen Instandhaltungspflichten nachgekommen war, hatte der Eigent\u00fcmer, Landesj\u00e4germeister Max Mayr-Melnhof, aber auf eine Fortf\u00fchrung des Gastrobetriebs verzichtet.<\/p>\n<p>Dem \u00bbHangar-7\u00ab soll indes ein Facelift verpasst werden: Sowohl in der <strong>K\u00fcche als auch im Outdoorbereich<\/strong> seien <strong>gro\u00dfe Neuerungen<\/strong> geplant. Die Umbauarbeiten sollen rund<strong> drei Monate<\/strong> in Anspruch nehmen. Bis J\u00e4nner l\u00e4uft der Betrieb am gewohnten Standort weiter. <strong>Aktueller Gastkoch<\/strong> ist der Drei-Sterne-Koch Thomas Schranz, der als einer der <strong>herausragendsten K\u00f6che Deutschlands <\/strong>gilt.
