Zus\u00e4tzlich <strong>zur Saisonkarte<\/strong> wird eine w\u00f6chentlich wechselnde Mittagskarte von Donnerstag bis Sonntag zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr angeboten. Aktuell stehen K\u00f6stlichkeiten wie Topinambur-Cappuccino, geschmorte Entenhaxerl im Radicchioblatt oder Grie\u00dfkn\u00f6del mit Schokoladenkern auf dem Men\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrenddessen <strong>bietet die Monatskarte saisonale Speisen<\/strong> wie etwa Steinpilzconsomm\u00e9, gebratenes Beiried vom Weiderind mit Nussbutter-Erd\u00e4pfelp\u00fcree und Wildbrokkoli oder Wildspezialit\u00e4ten. Bis zum 8.
