Gleichzeitig w\u00e4hlen gut ausgebildete junge Menschen heute sehr bewusst ihren Arbeitgeber aus. Die \u00bb<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chef-and-service-connect.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chef and Service-Connect 2025<\/a>\u00ab bot die perfekte Gelegenheit f\u00fcr Unternehmen, sich als attraktive Arbeitgeber zu pr\u00e4sentieren \u2013 und f\u00fcr Nachwuchstalente, den Grundstein f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Karriere zu legen. \u00bbWir schauen l\u00e4ngst nicht mehr so genau auf den Lebenslauf. Wichtig sind uns Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und ein positives Auftreten. Darauf legen wir wert,\u00ab verr\u00e4t Klaus Barth von \u00bbPark Hyatt\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Knapp <strong>1.000 Sch\u00fcler:innen und Absolvent:innen<\/strong> nutzten die Chance, mit renommierten Betrieben ins Gespr\u00e4ch zu kommen. Dank der neuen Aufteilung in eine <strong>Vormittags- und eine Nachmittagsveranstaltung<\/strong> konnten die teilnehmenden Unternehmen noch gezielter auf die Fragen und Interessen der jungen Besucher:innen eingehen. \u00bbMir pers\u00f6nlich ist ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz wichtig. Und auch das Gehalt, man sollte offener dar\u00fcber sprechen.
