Sechs Monate hatte man an der Kombination aus K\u00fcche, digitalem Studio und Schauraum gearbeitet. \u00bbSehen Sie es so, dass wir das \u00bbMise en Place\u00ab \u00fcbernehmen\u00ab, leitete <strong>Daniel Kogoj<\/strong> ein. Die kleinen Helfer f\u00fcr die Gro\u00dfk\u00fcche \u2013 allen voran die Marken \u00bbKnorr\u00ab, \u00bbMaizena\u00ab, \u00bbKuner\u00ab und \u00bbHellmann\u2018s\u00ab \u2013 werden aber nicht nur in Szene gesetzt. Konkrete Rezeptideen sollen den K\u00f6chen zwei Dinge erm\u00f6glichen: <strong>Ideen einzubringen und vielf\u00e4ltigere Anwendungen der Convenience-Produkte zu entdecken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Kochstudio mit einigem Mehr-Wert<\/h2>\n<p>Als konkretes Beispiel nannte Kogoj den ersten der 17 f\u00fcr heuer <strong>im Kochstudie angebotenen Kurse<\/strong>: \u00bbFlavour Shock\u00ab soll zeigen, wie scheinbare Kontraste (\u00bbPetersilie und Schokolade\u00ab) zu Gerichten f\u00fchren, die G\u00e4ste \u00fcberraschen. Neben z. B. \u00dcbertragungen der Handgriffe via \u00bbZoom\u00ab ist auch eine Kamera-Station vor Ort eingerichtet. Denn die UFS-Kurse umfassen nicht nur das Rezeptieren der Gerichte, sondern auch, \u00bbwie man sie f\u00fcr Social Media in Szene setzt\u00ab. Dazu kommt die Umsetzung der neuen Erkenntnisse aus dem in 21 L\u00e4ndern und mit 1.600 professionellen K\u00f6chen erstellten dritten \u00bb<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unileverfoodsolutions.de\/themenwelten\/future-menus.html?srsltid=AfmBOoqqZxmxbc1UBDZQkwtGSJ9OCBtO-da0gIUeNQn4olqdRj-veGiY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Future Menus<\/a>\u00ab-Report. Er wird Mitte dieses Monats vorliegen und etwa die zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Versionen von Comfort Food oder pflanzen-basierte Proteine in den Mittelpunkt stellen. Letztere spielen auch in einer weiteren Neuheit die Rolle, die Kogoj zur Er\u00f6ffnung des \u00bbChefmanship Centres\u00ab schon ank\u00fcndigte.<\/p>\n<h2>Ethno-Bausteine f\u00fcr Kreativk\u00f6che<\/h2>\n<p>Unter dem Titel \u00bb<strong>High Convenience<\/strong>\u00ab wird eine Tiefk\u00fchl-Linie mit sieben veganen Gerichten aus der Ethnok\u00fcche vorgestellt. Gr\u00fcnes Curry, Dal oder Tomaten-Ragout mit Oliven werden nur erw\u00e4rmt, sollen aber zur pers\u00f6nlichen Kreativit\u00e4t anregen. \u00bbDas kann gerne mit Fisch oder Fleisch individuell angepasst werden\u00ab, sieht man in den Neuheiten viel Potential. Die ab April erh\u00e4ltlichen Gerichte (jeweils f\u00fcr einen halben Gastronormbeh\u00e4lter konzipiert) sollen knackige Konsistenz und ansprechende Farbe der pflanzlichen Komponenten aufweisen. Daf\u00fcr sorgte die zentrale Versuchsk\u00fcche namens <strong>\u00bbThe Hive\u00ab im holl\u00e4ndischen Wageningen<\/strong>.
