Seit 2016 ist er\u00a0als Ku\u0308chendirektor im Restaurant \u00bbMeissl &amp; Schadn\u00ab, im <a href=\"https:\/\/grandferdinand.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00bbGrand Ferdinand\u00ab<\/a>-Restaurant, der\u00a0\u00bbGrand Etage\u00ab und im \u00bbGulasch &amp; Champagne\u00ab fu\u0308r die Leitung von 48 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/profi\/newsbeitrag\/employees-come-first-das-gaesteerlebnis-kann-nie-besser-als-das-mitarbeitererlebnis-sein\/\">Mitarbeiter:innen<\/a> zusta\u0308ndig.\u00a0In der Funktion als Ku\u0308chendirektor war Ju\u0308rgen\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Gschwendtner ma\u00dfgeblich an der Wiederero\u0308ffnung des neuen \u00bbMeissl &amp; Schadn\u00ab am Schubertring beteiligt und hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, <strong>die Geschichte der alten Wiener Ku\u0308che, der einzigen Ku\u0308che, die nach einer Stadt benannt wurde, neu aufzusetzen<\/strong>. Im \u00bbMeissl &amp; Schadn\u00ab am Schubertring wird auf original nachgebauten Tellern und mit einem Rindfleischwagen das Essen serviert sowie nach Original-Rezepten von fru\u0308her gekocht.
