Ein Seneschall stellte die Mitglieder des \u00bbHohen Rates\u00ab, allesamt Inhaber und Leiter von Champagnerh\u00e4usern, vor. Commandeur Francois Xavier Morizot erinnerte an die Geschichte des 1656 gegr\u00fcndeten \u00bb<a href=\"https:\/\/www.occ-autriche.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne<\/a>\u00ab. Den Beginn machten aber jene neuen Mitglieder, die von den \u00bbmaisons de Champagne\u00ab zum Ritterschlag vorgeschlagen wurden. <strong>Bruno Paillard pers\u00f6nlich<\/strong> nahm als Gr\u00fcnder des gleichnamigen Champagner-Hauses die Inthronisierung von Weinh\u00e4ndler Raimund D\u00f6llerer (Golling) vor. Auch sie leisteten das Gel\u00f6bnis, dem gro\u00dfen Wein der Champagne die Treue zu halten. Bekr\u00e4ftigt wird das traditionell mit dem Leeren eines Glases Champagner. Und es sollte das erste von vielen f\u00fcr die Novizen sein. Denn das anschlie\u00dfende D\u00eener <strong>startete mit Austern<\/strong>, wurde aber durchg\u00e4ngig mit <strong>unterschiedlichen Champagnern<\/strong> begleitet. Peter Lamm als Ambassadeur Dignitaire f\u00fcr \u00d6sterreich lobte das Team von GM Oliver Geyer explizit.<\/p>\n<p>Vor allem das Rind, das J\u00fcrgen Lengauer auftischte, verz\u00fcckte die G\u00e4ste. Und die \u00d6sterreicher zeigten, dass auch sie sich auf Festlichkeiten verstehen: \u00bbIhr habt den Champagner, wir die Musik\u00ab, leitete Peter Lamm den Staatsopern-Bariton Leonardo Neiva ein.
