Zudem entwickelte er die Weinbegleitung f\u00fcr das Sieben-Gang-Men\u00fc von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/news\/kuechenchef-alexandru-simon-revolutioniert-das-glasswing-mit-pantry-konzept\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">K\u00fcchenchef Alexandru Simon<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"1217\">Mit der neuen Position erweitert sich sein Aufgabenbereich erheblich: Als Restaurantleiter ist Populorum nun <strong>f\u00fcr die gesamte Organisation des Betriebs zust\u00e4ndig<\/strong> \u2013 von der Personalstruktur \u00fcber den Einkauf bis hin zur Abstimmung zwischen Service und K\u00fcche. Sein Ziel sei es, so Populorum, \u00bbeinen Ort zu schaffen, an dem sich G\u00e4ste auf ganzer Linie wohlf\u00fchlen \u2013 mit ehrlicher Gastfreundschaft und Liebe zum Detail\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1492\">Das Glasswing ist Teil des Luxury-Boutique-Hotels \u00bbThe Amauris Vienna\u00ab, das nach einer umfassenden Renovierung 2023 er\u00f6ffnet wurde.
