Zugleich bringt der <strong>geb\u00fcrtige Wiener<\/strong> Erfahrung aus renommierten H\u00e4usern mit. Er begann seine Laufbahn im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/hotels\/hotel-imperial-a-luxury-collection-hotel\">\u00bbHotel Imperial\u00ab<\/a>, wo er sich fr\u00fch auf die Patisserie spezialisierte. Es folgten internationale Gastspiele bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/autoren\/tim-raue\">\u00bbTim Raue\u00ab<\/a> (Berlin), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/verve-by-sven-im-grand-hotel-bad-ragaz-bad-ragaz\">\u00bbVerve by Sven\u00ab<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/hotels\/grand-resort-bad-ragaz-2\">\u00bbGrand Resort Bad Ragaz\u00ab<\/a>, Schweiz) und dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/hotels\/hotel-sacher-wien\">\u00bbHotel Sacher\u00ab<\/a> in Wien. Zuletzt pr\u00e4gte er als <strong>Chef-Patissier im Restaurant<a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/apron-wien\"> \u00bbApron\u00ab<\/a><\/strong> (\u00bbHotel Am Konzerthaus\u00ab, Wien) die Dessertlinie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bb<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patisserie bedeutet f\u00fcr mich, Geschichten zu erz\u00e4hlen \u2013 mit Aromen, Texturen und Momenten\u00ab,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sagt Szedonja. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er ist daf\u00fcr bekannt, seine G\u00e4ste mit <strong>ungew\u00f6hnlichen Zutaten,<\/strong> pr\u00e4zisen geschmacklichen Kompositionen und <strong>kreativen Kunstwerken<\/strong> auf dem Teller zu \u00fcberraschen.
