Wandel. Gastlichkeit.\u00ab<\/strong> pr\u00e4sentierte sich die Messe wieder als Treffpunkt f\u00fcr Hotellerie und Gastronomie. Seit 55 Jahren verbindet die \u00bbGast\u00ab Tradition mit Innovation \u2013 und bleibt damit die wichtigste Plattform im Alpen-Donau-Adria-Raum. \u00bbSeit unserer ersten Teilnahme 1986 begleitet uns die Messe, die bis heute begeistert\u00ab, sagen <strong>Christoph und Mario Morandell,<\/strong> Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von <strong>\u00bbMorandell International\u00ab<\/strong>. \u00bbSalzburg ist der perfekte Treffpunkt \u2013 zentral, verbindend und voller Energie.\u00ab<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1647\">Wer durch die Hallen ging, sp\u00fcrte: Hier geht es nicht nur um Produkte, sondern um Austausch und Ideen. Beim \u00bb<strong data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"1993\">Tourism Technology Festival\u00ab<\/strong> wurde klar, wie Digitalisierung und Gastlichkeit Hand in Hand gehen k\u00f6nnen, etwa mit smarten Tools wie dem <strong>Kochroboter von \u00bbgoodBytz\u00ab.\u00a0<\/strong>Auch <strong>\u00bbFHE Gastro\u00ab<\/strong> pr\u00e4sentierte seinen <strong>\u00bbFHE HORSTY\u00ab<\/strong>: einen flexiblen Roboter, der verschiedenste Rezepte auf Knopfdruck zubereitet, das K\u00fcchenpersonal entlastet und dadurch <strong>Prozessoptimierung<\/strong> erm\u00f6glicht \u2013 bei gleichbleibender Qualit\u00e4t der Speisen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"2121\">Die K\u00fcchenrealit\u00e4t wurde bei all dem nie au\u00dfer Acht gelassen.
