Und <strong>Gwendal Poullennec<\/strong> strich nicht von ungef\u00e4hr auch die touristische Bedeutung der \u00bbmacarons\u00ab heraus: \u00bbDer Stern kann die Karriere eines Kochs pr\u00e4gen, aber auch das Bild einer Region ver\u00e4ndern\u00ab. Insgesamt <strong>52 Restaurants<\/strong> fanden so Eingang in das Kompendium. Doch traditionell begann der Preisregen mit den <strong>Sonder-Auszeichnungen,<\/strong> etwa f\u00fcr das <strong>beste Service.<\/strong> Hier k\u00fcrte der neue Guide den Prager <strong>Miroslav Nosek (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fieldrestaurant.cz\/en\/\">\u00bbField\u00ab<\/a>)<\/strong>. Mit einem von nur zehn Sternen insgesamt, den es auch errang, wurde das Restaurant von <strong>Radek Ka\u0161p\u00e1rek<\/strong> so zum der Abr\u00e4umer des Abends. Gro\u00dfen Applaus gab es dabei f\u00fcr <strong>Martin \u0160tangl<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/stangl\">\u00bb\u0160tangl\u00ab<\/a>, Prag). \u00bbEr hat es verdient\u00ab, lobte <strong>Pavel Drdel<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/sularepa.cz\/\">\u00bbS\u016fl a \u0158epa\u00ab<\/a> in Strakonice) selbst ein Preistr\u00e4ger dieser Kategorie den Kollegen: \u00bbMartin hat uns inspiriert und erst gezeigt, was m\u00f6glich ist!\u00ab Mit B<strong>arbora \u0160im\u016fnkov\u00e1<\/strong> aus dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.r-leaf.cz\/en\/homepage-eng\/\">\u00bbLeaf\u00ab<\/a> wurde auch die <strong>einzige Frau<\/strong> an diesem Abend ausgezeichnet. Sein Lokal geh\u00f6rt zu den <strong>52 empfohlenen Adressen<\/strong> im Guide. Tr\u00e4ger des <strong>\u00bbBib Gourmand\u00ab<\/strong> f\u00fcr 2026 ist hingegen das f\u00fcr seine Karpfen-Gerichte ber\u00fchmte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supina.cz\/de\">\u00bb\u0160upina a \u0160upinka\u00ab<\/a> im m\u00e4hrischen T\u0159ebo\u0148. Es z\u00e4hlt zu jenen Lokalen, die laut Michelin \u00bbsehr gutes Essen zu einem besonders guten <strong>Preis-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis\u00ab<\/strong> bieten.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den <strong>Direktor der Tourismuswerbung<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitczechia.com\/de-de?gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=19708508800&amp;gbraid=0AAAAApRYWM9IFU2U-UKeLTGwbNfyQScNs&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiA3fnJBhAgEiwAyqmY5Y4jpq1_tIWNkV5Hqyz7g0EoqrOYSOR8KEjlSgmkCmTdaBNVVDJ_OxoCWBAQAvD_BwE\">\u00bbVisit Czechia\u00ab<\/a>) passt dieser \u00bbeinzigartige Abend\u00ab auch zur neuen Strategie seiner Agentur: \u00bbWir haben bis 2030 im Plan, auf die gastronomischen Erlebnisse in Tschechien hinzuweisen\u00ab, sagte <strong>Frantisek Reism\u00fcller.<\/strong> Der zweite Sponsor-Partner der Gala, <strong>Gro\u00dfh\u00e4ndler <a href=\"https:\/\/www.makro.cz\/\">\u00bbMakro\u00ab<\/a>,<\/strong> lie\u00df dann seine K\u00f6che sprechen. Mit Gerichten aus der <strong>\u00bbMakro Academy\u00ab<\/strong> wurden die G\u00e4ste in die Nacht begleitet. Vom Lachs auf Kren-Sauce \u00fcber ger\u00e4ucherten Pilz-Spie\u00df mit Miso bis zur Blunzen-Krokette.
