Bei diesem Format \u00f6ffnen zahlreiche Betriebe der Region gleichzeitig ihre T\u00fcren und pr\u00e4sentieren <strong>Spezialit\u00e4ten<\/strong> sowie Einblicke in <strong>Produktion und Verarbeitung.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insgesamt beteiligen sich <\/span><b>27 Betriebe<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, die unterschiedliche Stationen der regionalen Genusskultur abbilden \u2013 von Manufakturen \u00fcber Restaurants bis zu Weing\u00fctern.
