Heuer mit dabei: der nieder\u00f6sterreichische Spitzenkoch <\/span><b>Bernhard Zimmerl<\/b> \u2013 bereits zum dritten Mal, doch diesmal in entscheidender Rolle.<\/p>\n<h2>Backhendl f\u00fcr die Stars<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das <strong>Men\u00fc des Abends<\/strong> verquickte internationale Klassiker mit \u00f6sterreichischen Akzenten. Neben Gerichten wie Wagyu oder Yorkshire Pudding brachte Zimmerl auch ein St\u00fcck heimischer K\u00fcche nach Los Angeles: <strong>Backhendl,<\/strong> neu interpretiert mit <strong>Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche und Kaviar.\u00a0<\/strong>Zimmerl, der in Waidhofen an der Thaya das Restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/zimmerl-chefs-room-dining-waidhofen-an-der-thaya\">\u00bbZimmerl\u00ab<\/a> sowie das Pub <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/foggy-mix-waidhofen-an-der-thaya\">\u00bbFoggy Mix\u00ab<\/a> betreibt, arbeitete gemeinsam mit rund <strong>130 K\u00f6chen<\/strong> in der Vorbereitung und etwa <strong>150 Fachkr\u00e4ften am Galaabend<\/strong> selbst.
