Starker Austro-Auftritt bei der GASTIA St. Gallen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wer nur die Unkenrufen h\u00f6rte, dass es mit der <strong>Gastronomie \u00bbbachab geht\u00ab,<\/strong> wie die Schweizer es nennen, staunte schon zu Beginn. Der Sonntag war ein bestens besuchter Messetag. Schon vor dem offiziellen Beginn rollten die <strong>Fachbesucher<\/strong> mit den Bussen vom Bahnhof (oder gar der kostenlosen E-Rikscha) zu den <strong>Olma-Hallen.<\/strong> Sonne und Food-Trucks sorgten f\u00fcr Netzwerken auch au\u00dferhalb der Messehallen. Entsorgung von Essensresten f\u00fcr Restaurants via <strong>M\u00fcll-Kompression<\/strong> oder Tanks f\u00fcr <strong>Bio-Ethanolgewinnung<\/strong> nutzen bereits 400 Lokalen \u00bbvon Stuttgart bis Wien\u00ab. Generell sorgten gleich <strong>mehrere Austro-Unternehmen<\/strong> f\u00fcr nachhaltige Ideen im gastronomischen Tagesgesch\u00e4ft. So auch der zentrale platzierte Auftritt von <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwt.com\/de-at\/shop\/maintenance\">\u00bbBWT\u00ab<\/a><\/strong>. Das Unternehmen demonstrierte die M\u00f6glichkeiten <strong>aufbereiteten Leitungswassers<\/strong> direkt f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste. Als Beispiel, wie mit Lokal-Namen gebrandetes Wasser-Service aussieht, gab es eine eigene \u00bbGASTIA\u00ab-Abf\u00fclllung.<\/p>\n<p>Die <strong>160 Aussteller<\/strong> waren gut strukturiert verteilt. Dem Zukunftsthema <strong>\u00bbDigitalisierung und KI\u00ab<\/strong> widmete sich gleich links vom Eingang eine halbe Halle. <strong>Kleine Wein-Hersteller<\/strong> fanden im <strong>Getr\u00e4nke-Cluster<\/strong> ihren Platz neben bekannten Namen wie der <a href=\"https:\/\/appenzellerbier.ch\/de\/\">\u00bbBrauerei Locher\u00ab<\/a> aus dem Appenzell. V. li.) sind seit der ersten GASTIA in St. Gallen mit Wiener Kaffee dabei. | \u00a9 Roland Graf<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Viennoiserie und Wiener Melange<\/h2>\n<p>Apropos verkosten: Der Routinier in der Austro-Riege war <strong>Markus Maier<\/strong> von <a href=\"https:\/\/juliusmeinl.com\/at?utm_source=paid&amp;utm_medium=google&amp;utm_campaign=search_austria&amp;gad_source=1\">\u00bbMeinl Kaffee\u00ab<\/a>. Seit dem ersten Messejahr 2023 \u00bbsind wir bereits das vierte Mal dabei\u00ab. Der Stand bot diesmal <strong>doppelte Wiener Genusskultur.<\/strong> Denn zu den Kaffee-Spezialit\u00e4ten kam mit der Viennoiserie von <a href=\"https:\/\/delifrance.com\/de\/\">\u00bbD\u00e9lifrance\u00ab<\/a> eine k\u00f6stliche Begleitung. \u00bbMit vielen <strong>Kaffee-Kunden in der Ost-Schweiz\u00ab<\/strong> sei die Messe ideal, so Maier.<\/p>\n<p>Ebenfalls zum wiederholten Male schauten auch die ober\u00f6sterreichischen<strong> Bio-Strohhalm-Anbieter<\/strong> um <strong>Daniel Auinger<\/strong> in St. Gallen vorbei. Der \u00bbechte\u00ab Strohhalm schaffte es sogar auf den Stammtisch der Schweizer Initiative <strong>\u00bbFait Maison\u00ab<\/strong>, die t\u00e4glich am Nachmittag zum Treffen lud. Zu der Initiative, die <strong>Restaurants ohne Convenience-Produkte<\/strong> \u2013 davon 100 in der Deutsch-Schweiz \u2013 auszeichnet, passte die nat\u00fcrliche Plastikalternative vom Feld bestens.<\/p>\n<p>Entsprechend fiel auch das Fazit von <strong>Messeleiterin Viviane Stadler<\/strong> aus: \u00bbDie Energie, die wir in diesen Tagen gesp\u00fcrt haben, nehmen wir direkt mit in die Weiterentwicklung der Messe\u00ab. Die <strong>f\u00fcnfte GASTIA<\/strong> findet dann vom <strong>21. bis 23.
