Seine Handschrift: eine Kombination aus <strong>internationalen Einfl\u00fcssen und regionaler Produktorientierung,<\/strong> mit einem Fokus auf <strong>franz\u00f6sische Techniken<\/strong> und <strong>asiatische Aromen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"12fxyut\" data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1009\"><strong>Bestehendes Konzept wird gesch\u00e4rft<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1332\">Im hoteleigenen Restaurant \u00bbThe Louis Grillroom\u00ab soll Pieper das bisherige Konzept weiterentwickeln.
