Stationen im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/freustil-binz\"><strong>\u00bbFreustil\u00ab<\/strong><\/a> auf R\u00fcgen und im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/rote-wand-schualhus-lech\"><strong>\u00bbRote Wand Chef\u2019s Table\u00ab<\/strong><\/a> in Lech am Arlberg pr\u00e4gten seinen Weg, zuletzt war er K\u00fcchenchef im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/de\/restaurants\/crackers-berlin\"><strong>\u00bbCrackers\u00ab<\/strong><\/a> in Berlin. Seine Zielsetzung ist klar: die bestehende <strong>Linie<\/strong> weiter <strong>sch\u00e4rfen<\/strong> und auf <strong>Produktqualit\u00e4t<\/strong>, <strong>Pr\u00e4zision<\/strong> und <strong>mutige Aromen<\/strong> setzen. \u00bbDas Cookies Cream zu \u00fcbernehmen, ist f\u00fcr mich eine <strong>Ehre<\/strong> \u2014 und genau die Art von <strong>Herausforderung<\/strong>, die ich liebe\u00ab, so Ziegert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Viktor Gerhardinger<\/strong> kommt als <strong>Head of Culinary Development<\/strong> ins Team. Er war zuvor im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/news\/restaurant-tian-in-muenchen-muss-schliessen-2\"><strong>\u00bbTian\u00ab<\/strong><\/a> in M\u00fcnchen sowie im<a href=\"https:\/\/www.falstaff.com\/at\/restaurants\/mraz-sohn-wien\"> <strong>\u00bbMraz &amp; Sohn\u00ab<\/strong><\/a> in Wien t\u00e4tig.
