Oktober 2026<\/strong> seinen Betrieb ein. Bis zum Nationalfeiertag l\u00e4uft der Restaurant- und Hotelbetrieb regul\u00e4r weiter. Fast 50 Jahre nach der \u00d6ffnung des Familienbetriebs f\u00e4llt die Entscheidung schwer \u2013 aus <strong>Altersgr\u00fcnden<\/strong> legen die Br\u00fcder Obauer ihre T\u00e4tigkeit nieder.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"1286\">Excellence bis zum Schluss<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"1286\">Die Br\u00fcder <strong>Karl und Rudi Obauer<\/strong> pr\u00e4gten das Haus \u00fcber Jahrzehnte hinweg und machten es zu einer der bekanntesten Adressen der <strong>\u00f6sterreichischen Spitzengastronomie<\/strong>. In ihrer Mitteilung erkl\u00e4ren sie die Entscheidung mit ihrem eigenen Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"1286\">Wir haben die Gastronomie stets wie eine Disziplin des Leistungssports verstanden. Leistungssport erfordert Leidenschaft, vollen Einsatz und vor allem hohen Anspruch an sich selbst. Damit wir diesem Anspruch bis zum Schluss gerecht werden k\u00f6nnen, beenden wir unsere T\u00e4tigkeit als K\u00f6che, Gastronomen, Hoteliers und Gastgeber im kommenden Oktober.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1531\">Mit der Schlie\u00dfung verliert die heimische Gastronomieszene einen <strong>traditionsreichen Betrieb<\/strong>, der <strong>K\u00fcche<\/strong> und <strong>Hotellerie<\/strong> in einem gemeinsamen Konzept verband und \u00fcber viele Jahre hinweg als <strong>Fixpunkt<\/strong> in der regionalen und nationalen <strong>Kulinarik<\/strong> galt.
