Gesucht werden die besten Nachwuchsk\u00f6ch:innen \u00d6sterreichs aus Hotellerie- und Tourismusschulen sowie Kochlehrlinge in Ausbildung.<\/p>\n\t<p>Im Mittelpunkt stehen Klassiker der \u00f6sterreichischen Wirtshausku\u0308che &#8211; neu interpretiert, kreativ umgesetzt und mit Fokus auf Regionalit\u00e4t und Qualit\u00e4t.
