The flavors of English rhubarb and Scottish raspberries combine to create a tonic water that pairs beautifully with Bombay Bramble Gin, with raspberry and blackberry as the dominant botanicals.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

ml
Bombay Bramble Gin
1
bottle
Fever Tree Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic Water
1
handful
fresh raspberries

Fill a tumbler with ice. Pour 25 ml of gin and top with Fever Tree Rasperry & Rhubarb Tonic Water. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Tip

Skewer the raspberries and place them on the rim of the glass.
