Ingredients

Earl Grey Tea

ml
Hendrick's Earl Grey Liqueur
30
ml
Yuzu Sake
10
ml
Yuzu juice
2
dash
Peychaud's Bitters
icing sugar

  • Heat up the gin and steep with Earl Grey tea for six minutes. Always taste during this time, as the gin can become bitter.
  • Add icing sugar (5-10 tablespoons per litre) and lime zest. After 30 minutes, remove zest.
  • Shake ingredients vigorously with ice briefly, strain into a tea cup and garnish with a lime twist and mint.
