The secret to punch lies in the mixing ratio: the balance between sweet and sour and the other ingredients should be just right to make this punch a success.

 

Ingredients

vodka

Champagne

ml
Licor 43

ml
fresh lime juice

ml
passion fruit juice

ml
ginger beer

fresh mint
  • Mix all ingredients in a punch bowl and stir gently.
  • Add 20 ice cubes to cool the punch down and to dilute it just a little.
  • Always serve the punch bowl on fresh ice.
  • Quantities are just guidelines, so be creative and adjust to taste with either sugar or lime juice.
