Ingredients for one cocktail

Ketel One Vodka

Aperol & passionfruit reduction

ml
pomegranate juice

ml
Taittinger Rosé

Method

  • Put all the ingredients except the Champagne into a cocktail shaker and shake well. 
  • Strain into a Champagne bowl, top up with Champagne and decorate with orange zest.
