basil leaves (garnish)
  • Put the lime wedges and sugar in a large longdrink glass and crush the ingredients with a pestle. Crush the mint leaves with a bar spoon to release the aroma, carefully fold the mint into the lime juice.
  • Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and pour the Bacardí Carta Blanca over it. Stir gently until the sugar has dissolved, fill up with crushed ice, add a dash of mineral water and garnish with an orange wedge and plenty of fresh basil leaves.
