  • Pour all ingredients into a wine glass.
  • Add the ice and stir for at least 15 seconds.
  • Top up with wheat beer and mix well.

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Warm over medium heat for 10-15 min.
  • Stir until the honey has completely dissolved.
  • Allow to cool and pour through a sieve into a clean bottle.
