For the fish balls:
- For the fish balls, mix all the ingredients (fish scraps, potato, spring onions, coriander, egg and chilli) together and season the mixture with salt, pepper and chilli (according to taste).
- Form small balls and cover them in the breadcrumbs or the panko flour. Fry immediately in oil.
- Add the roasted sesame seeds to the soy sauce and serve with fish balls adding a lemon wedge.
