Ingredients

white wine vinegar

oil (half olive, half rapeseed or use a light olive oil)

white sugar (or artificial sweetener if you must)

Dijon mustard
black pepper (to taste)

- Vigorously whisk or use a hand blender to blend all the ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
