Tasting from 16.06.2023: Roland Graf

Rich yellow with a light orange hue, evenly cloudy and lots of pure white foam. This gives off an aroma of yellow grapes, dates and basil. The first sip is very tangy, dominating acidity meets a delicate bitterness. Slender body that leads to an explosion of fruity aromas on the back palate: gooseberries and white currants, apricots and Williams pears. Tart, dry but not bitter aftertaste.
