Raspberry Power Porridge

This bowl is perfect for a fruity start to the day.

Ingredients (1 servings)
200 ml oat milk
3 tablespoon(s) porridge oats
1 apple grated
10 sultanas
1 pinch(es) salt
5 fresh raspberries
50 g raspberry jam
walnuts
1 tablespoon(s) ground flax seed
  • In a small saucepan, bring the porridge oats to the boil with the oat milk, grated apple and sultanas and simmer for approx. 8 min. Season with a pinch of salt. Add cinnamon, allspice or a little turmeric if you like.
  • Allow the porridge to cool briefly and sprinkle with fresh raspberries, raspberry jam, walnuts and flax seeds.
