Woody spiciness on the nose contains roots and light hints of fir cones, as well as tart fruitiness of sloe. The fruit is more pronounced on the palate and dominates the first sip. This is followed by savouriness reminiscent of Swiss stone pine and a hint of sweetness that buffers the finish.
