Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Fully grown-up nose with dark forest aromas, fruity orange and finely drawn juniper. Creamy on the palate with flavors analogous to the aroma. Soft at the beginning, then punchy on the finish.
