Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Radiant ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Opens with pronounced savoury notes, of cardamom, star anise, and cloves, backed by lusciously ripe fruit. Round and supple on the palate, revealing layer upon layer of fine tannins, with a long finish.
