Tasting Notes
An ethereal, floral notion already takes this into the higher realms of Burgundy. Peony accompanies red cherry in Kirsch, still accompanied by a note of flint. Earth and undergrowth are already waiting in the wings. The palate is concentrated, of immense density. This is molten silk with an edge of the finest dark chocolate. Firm but fine tannin still holds sway, guarding this wine's future. Finest freshness highlights nuances of blackcurrant, liquorice, cocoa and blackberry but the finish belongs to forest floor.
