Tasting from 16.09.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Notes of cassis, plum confit, dried plum and habanero on the nose. Also some ink and bacony nuances. Ripe on the palate, with concentrated dried berry fruit and elegant acidity. Slightly noticeable, fine-grained tannin, long finish. At it's height.
