Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Almost opaque. Violets, dark cherries, cherry pit, wood savouriness. Good substance and power on the palate, slightly viscous, quite lively acidity that creates balance. Sweet fruit, accessible tannins, smooth.
