Tasting Notes
The wine is still a little yeasty on the nose, with a restrained use of wood. There are also some slightly buttery and corn-like aromas that emerge. In the mouth its tightly bundled, almost slender, with a mineral bite and very good concentration. A long, tactile, mineral finish leaves a sense of something more Puligny-Montrachet than Meursault. Great potential!
