David Piquet Appointed Director of Wine at "Le Cinq" of the "Four Seasons George V Paris"

There has been a change in a key position at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris: Since February 16, David Piquet has been leading the sommelier team at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cinq. The 32-year-old succeeds Éric Beaumard, who shaped the establishment for decades as Director and Head Sommelier before retiring a few months ago. Together with three-star chef Christian Le Squer, Piquet now oversees a team of six.
