According to the Swedish daily newspaper Sydsvenskan, Malmö’s historic stock exchange building will reopen in February as a new hub for dining and events, featuring the restaurants Margaux and Como led by top chef Niclas Jönsson. The 1879 building will also host a deli, wine kiosk, music stage, and workspace, developed by Maria and Mikael Strinnhed of High Court. Jönsson, formerly the partner of the late Daniel Höglander at the two-star restaurant Aloë, aims to infuse the new venues with a blend of refined gastronomic ambition and accessible conviviality: Como will be the place for livelier gatherings, while Margaux offers a more classic, elegant dining experience.
