Tucked behind Noma’s Copenhagen restaurant, a quiet greenhouse now welcomes visitors as the Noma Projects Shop — a space where two decades of culinary exploration come alive. Here, bottles of mushroom garum, jars of pumpkin seed praline, and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee capture the inventive spirit of the world’s most influential kitchen.

With the opening of the Noma Projects Shop inside its tranquil garden greenhouse, Noma once again pushes the boundaries of how gastronomy can be experienced and shared. From 18 October, visitors are invited into a space that concentrates over two decades of culinary exploration — a sensory journey through the concepts, ingredients, and innovations that have helped shape the modern vocabulary of Nordic cuisine.
