Restaurant “Doubek”: Vienna’s Two-Michelin-Star Cuisine Comes to Copenhagen

With a four-week residency at Tivoli in Copenhagen, Vienna’s two-Michelin-star restaurant Doubek is leaving Austria for the first time. Until 11 July, the team led by Stefan Doubek and Nora Pein is taking over the kitchen of the Japanese Pagoda. Since 2021, Tivoli Gardens has invited leading international restaurants for limited-time residencies. In 2026, the programme features seven Michelin-starred restaurants with a combined total of 15 stars. For Doubek, the invitation marks its first international appearance outside its own restaurant in Vienna.
