Lobster, crêpes suzette and spaghetti gildo - prepared live at the table. Following a multi-million Franc renovation, Le Grand Restaurant at the Gstaad Palace has a fresh new look.

After a comprehensive redesign, the culinary heart of the famed Gstaad Palace has made a resplendant comeback. Having closed between March and June 2025 for a complete overhaul, the renowned Zug-based architects Fischbach & Aberegg were charged with the facelift, having already caused a stir with their design of La Grande Terrasse in 2023.
