Gourmet in the snow Das Central makes winter in the Ötztal mountains a special treat. The renowned Wine on the Mountain event is not just about practising the perfect downhill technique with real ski pros - numerous national and international winegrowers and chefs show off their skills at the multi-day event. You can taste the finest wines on the glacier with a panoramic view of three-thousand-meter peaks before getting back on your skis and enjoying Sölden's perfectly groomed slopes. One of the highlights of Central awaits in the ice Q restaurant: the hotel's own wine PINO 3000, which is stored and matures at an altitude of over 3000 meters. The Central kitchen team led by Stefan Speiser, who was recently awarded a Michelin star, works with the guest chefs to ensure the guests' physical well-being after a day in the snow. Doubles incl.
