Tasting from 16.06.2023: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Red-brown colour, white head. Clear roasted notes on the nose, but light in appearance, some caramel, fruity nuances, also freshly baked bread. Rather light on the palate with fine bubbles, creamy carbonation and a certain bitterness in the rather slender aftertaste.
