Tasting from 16.06.2023: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Pale straw yellow, slightly cloudy. Fresh, unfermented barley malt on the nose, very cereal like aroma. Very lean on the palate with very fine carbonation. Subtle bitterness in the aftertaste, again carried by cereal scented notes.
