Marchesi Antinori donates to the restoration of the Ponte Vecchio

It is one of Florence's most impressive landmarks and has been a symbol of the city's beauty for many hundreds of years: the Ponte Vecchio. Starting in the fall, extensive restoration work will be carried out on the building. Marchesi Antinori is supporting the project with one million euros.

Ponte Vecchio in Florence is no ordinary bridge, it is rather a reminiscence of the fascination of days long past, a place where time seems to stand still. Built in the first half of the 14th century, the building has survived turbulent times and has already undergone several minor renovations. Now, however, extensive maintenance work is being carried out for the first time, which is also intended to improve the aesthetics of the bridge.
