Universal Studios Opens First Theme Park in China

The opening date is set for September 20. The Beijing Universal theme park, which is made up of seven themed lands with 37 rides, is a combination of China-themed and Western-themed attractions. As the world's fifth Universal Studios theme park, this $7-billion project features popular attractions found at its other counterparts in Singapore, Japan and the U.S including the Harry Potter series and Jurassic Park.
