US national parks to become significantly more expensive for tourists

Foreign visitors will pay more for US national parks in the future: From 2026, at least 100 dollars extra per person will be added to the most popular parks.

From next year, foreign visitors will have to pay significantly more in many of the best-known US national parks. As several US media outlets have reported, the higher fees are intended to ease the burden on locals and the revenue will be used for the upkeep and maintenance of the parks.
